Association for Craft Producers – Felt products from Nepal

From 2001 – 2018 a total of 4 SEC advisory missions were carried out by 3 different textile experts.

The assignments took place in the field of felt production. It was about the design of new products, better use of materials and equipment to get a better quality of the felt.
These products are mainly made by single women and provide them with an income.

In order to further develop the variety and quality of the products and to learn new techniques, a further use is desired. ACP can cover CHF 2’000 itself. The additional CHF 3’000 to cover the costs of an assignment rely on fundraising.
