Client Profile:
The client is a kindergarten and nursery for children between 2 and 6 years near Entebbe. The enterprise was founded in 2019. Due to Covid lockdowns, the kindergarden was closed from March 2020 until January 2022. The client’s vision is to become the best brand and to provide the best education serive in Entebbe.
Tasks:
- Developing basics for new school philosophy and curriculum
- Creating a better learning environment for the children
- Training of teachers in teaching methods (e.g how to foster active listening)
Results:
Over the time we had about 10 WhatsApp and Zoom meetings. These meetings resulted in the development of a curriculum for all levels handed to all teachers and guidelines for a school philosophy handed to the headmaster.
Furthermore, the expert provided several documents for the teachers with ideas for games and active learning. The teachers were grateful for that and asked for more.They showed a great interest in improving their teaching skills.
