The company produces paper and distributes a wide variety of paper products. 18 people work in the company and at the end of 2023 turnover will reach an amount of US$ 750.000.
Tasks:
- Improve the internal organisation and overall control mechanisms
- Restructure the opening balance sheet per 1 January 2023
- Focus on supply chain management
- Implement staff training / skills development
Results:
The internal organisation is drastically improved resulting in complete control over sales, purchases and money flows. HR regulations now comply with Cambodian laws. The auditor accepted all proposed corrections to restructure the balance sheet per 1 January 2023. HR training took place to improve the efficiency of work and to improve the total supply chain.
