Client Profile:
Career Centre is a newly established centre of the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). The goal of the centre is to provide students with the knowledge and networks needed for their career development and to minimise career mismatch. To achieve these goals, RUA-Career Centre aimed to develop a 5-year road map to produce a strategic work plan and milestones to guide its activites.
Tasks:
Helping the RUA-Career Centre to develop a road map, detailing the activities and strategies for the centre.
Results:
The expert worked closely with the assigned RUA-Career Centre team to provide key insights and direction, as well as drafting and finalising of the road map document. In addition, a handbook was developed as a step-by-step guide to achieving the objectives of the road map.
