Client Profile:
The company is a manufacturer and supplier of packaged food made from fruits, grains and spices. The company wants: 1. to grow in Cambodia and abroad; 2. to be listed on the stockmarket; and 3. to attract new investors. With additional capital, the company seeks to improve the productivity of the production processes.
Tasks:
- Analyse existing documents to advise on the financial situation
- Introduce the utilisation of Key Performance Indicators
- Train the staff to prepare monthly reports
- Analyse the present product mix
- Advise the GM on how to be more focussed on standardising the production processes
Results:
Standard formats for monthly reporting were introduced, and Key Performance Indicators were explained and made applicable.Through the use of financial tables, we demonstrated what a good production mix consists of.
