Tasks:
Analyze organization and market to consult on opportunities to increase performance, efficiency and revenue and then provide a feasable business plan for Recruitment Services and Executive Search. Introduce tools to drive and control operations over time to reach the defined goals.
Results:
- A 3 years business plan is documented and approved by the management. Operational adjustments and tools have been introduced to drive and control the success over time
- Training to staff was introduced and is planned to go on over time
- At least 4 new jobs are created.
