Client Profile:
Private school, from kindergarten up to secondary school, founded in 2017.
Tasks:
- Further training in methodology, didactics, basic knowledge in learning strategies, ethics etc.
- Discussions about the role of a headmaster, how to work constructively with parents, tips and tricks
- Leading several online workshops for teachers on various topics
Results:
- The client was highly engaged and the teamwork was excellent.
- Teachers were open to new ideas and as soon as in-person teaching can resume post-COVID, they are ready to implement new teaching methods (flipped classroom, open questions, problem-based learning, extending the lessons etc.)
- The school was connected to with a Swiss private school to establish an online student exchange
- The client and expert are still in contact and exchanging ideas
