Client Profile:
A programme working with disadvantaged young people in Nepal offers them vocational and life skills training. On completion of the programme, they are supported either into self-employment or waged employment. Rehabilitation of young offenders is also a focus. The organization advocates for the needs of children, especially those at risk of offending.
Tasks:
- To advise on the development of crisis management tools and techniques
- To help turn innovative ideas into implentable projects
- To support the development of a detailed business plan of the organization, which will ensure its sustainable growth
Results:
A package of seven measures was put in place. The seven elements complement each other. A post-COVID follow-up intervention is planned to support with implementation.
