Client Profile:
The school was established in 1994 by Mr. Hira Nepal as a small school in Banepa. Now it has around 1200 students from Nursery to grade 10. Three years ago the school shifted to new buildings. The infrastructure offers a big staff room, three smart-classes with e-boards, three work places with computers and internet access for teachers, two computer labs, a science lab, etc.
Tasks:
Through around 200 class visits including feedback to the teachers and many workshops to improvement of study level. Since the beginning 25 years ago, the structure of the school management remained the same, but the principal was immediately ready to support changes.
Results:
Many teachers were eager to learn and to change for improvement. The principal started to implement step by step the 60 points we suggested to him.
