Client Profile:
This is a well-equipped school with about 1100 students from nursery to Grade 10. It has about 70 teachers. The Principal and his brother are the owners. Most of the teachers have not completed formal teacher training. At secondary school level, they at least have a subject-related degree.
Tasks:
- Three online meetings with the school management and several WhatsApp discussions with the principal
- Three online presentations for different groups of teachers (three more presentations are already prepared)
- Approximately 25 online lesson observations at all levels and subjects including personal feedbacks by email
Results:
The teachers were mostly grateful for the feedback on their lessons. However, they did not implement our suggestions for extra-curricular activities. The principal responded positively to the suggestions and promised to implement them.
