Client Profile:
Private School providing quality education to children from pre-school to class 10 founded in 1999. Approx. 700 students from 3 up to 17 years old. So far much focused on test results and under strict rules of government.
Tasks:
Follow-up assignment after they have implemented some of the modern teaching methods and recommendations that have been given during the first assignment. Focus on teacher training and workshops to enhance and continue the quality of the teaching at the school.
Results:
Computer lab installed, project work introduced in all classes, teacher have started to share ideas and use visual material, improved classroom management, working contract for teachers, suggestions to improve working and learning conditions, changes in management’s leading style, individual support in teaching methods, creating and use of learning material, presentation with topic “Qualities of Successful School Leaders” has been held additonaly on a seminar for 100 headmasters.
