Client Profile:
Family owned 4 star boutique hotel with 40 rooms, vegetarian restaurant, bar and 2 meeting/banqueting rooms with many local functions. The hotel attracts mainly guests doing business in Biratnagar, as the city has very little touristic attraction.
Tasks:
Train the staff and improve service standards and organisation of the hotel
The owner joined me every day.
