Client Profile:
Glee Academy is a Higher Secondary School in Dhangadhi with about 600 students and 40 teachers. The infrastructura is at a relatively low level.
Tasks:
- More than 60 class visits including feedback
- Many talks with the principal and management
- 1 meeting with school management member
- 3 workshops for all teachers
- 1 workshop with the maths and science teachers
Results:
Some of the teachers changed their teaching habits and tried to implement our suggestions.
The principal and the management staff promised to do more (and regular) class visits.
