Client Profile:
The client is a hotel school, that develops several training programmes in hospitality, management, cooking and service.
The objectives of this assignment was to give teachers the necessary training tools for quality management The Covid crisis that affected the country and the school’s staff only allowed the client to function at 50% or less of its capacity, hence the problems of contact, presence and other communications.
Tasks:
The assignment carried out by the expert was very interesting, varied and valuable and the following topics were discussed, set up, developed and implemented – adapted teaching systems, assessment process, courses and theoretical/practical training programs, theory 30%/ practical 70%, better teaching qualities, course curriculum.
Results:
Many thanks to the clients for their interest, participation and willingness to pass on new ideas, proposals and solutions to the management and students.
It is a great pleasure to carry out this mission and I am looking forward to going to Itahari to see the progress made and to get to know a team of managers who are very motivated by quality, development and innovation.
