Client Profile:
The company started with “The Old House Restaurant” including 25 staff members. The next outlet to join was a nomad hotel which got into operation in November 2019. And recently a restaurant joined in January 2020. The management team is a non profit company to support the management of these four outlets with finance expertise, HR, F&B, administration, marketing and business development.
The client is considering to support a hospitality school, an organic farm and a bakery in future.
Tasks:
Complete training in restaurant operations form welcoming to types of service, guest etiquette, reservations, different types of table set-up and other training sessions.
Results:
All the participants were passing a final written test and the average grading was above expectations with some of them achiving over 90%.
