Appr. 140 employees and revenues of 3.8 Millions US Dollar.
Tasks:
Support the management team in bridging cultural differences between the three main departments. Delivery of a couple of leadership forums to enable managers to improve their ability to cope with their team in times of Corona.
Results:
Due to the pandemic, the management team had to prioritise their time and effort and focused on steering the company in these difficult times. So, the original cultural issue was postponed.
To support them, the expert offered to deliver a couple of leadership forums, which were initially very well-attended.
