Client Profile:
The client is a college specialised in tourism, cooking, service and hotel branches. Despite COVID and the problems related to this pandemic, the school continues to train and keep its college open.
Tasks:
- Preparing various documents on request, specifically evaluation grids for students on placement, for the trainer and for the students.
- Checklist for conducting effective framework sessions.
- Control and planning of cooking and service courses
- Preparing a PowerPoint slide presentation (train the trainer) for the training of trainers and staff
Results:
- Several forms and documents have been used and their effectiveness has been tested and proved
- The framework sessions are organised according to a clear plan and protocol.
