Client Profile:
A hotel school and college that wants to develop a Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM). It currently trains students in management and wants to improve its training system (teacher and students).
Tasks:
- increase efficiency
- product quality improvement
- further education of teachers and students
- collaboration to get certification for the program from a Swiss academic institution
Results:
Achieving these objectives was very difficult by remote meeting but with the interest of the client we were able to make progress in the preparation of the objectives, receiving various University documents for the realization of the BHM. The extension of the assignment will allow us to prepare for a follow-up assignment, which will take place on site.
