Client Profile:
The client is a training institution with a practical and academic focus (BHM Bachelor of Hotel Management). It is one of the top 5 hotel Schools in Nepal. The excellence of its courses and the conduct of the institution demonstrate the quality of the training. The rules of the school are strict and represent the basics of our profession: hygiene, presentation, behaviour, tourism and hospitality.
Tasks:
- Rework, renew and develop a syllabus for the 2023 BHM
- Training of teachers and employees
- Improvement of market position
- Product quality improvement
Results:
Almost all of the objectives have been successfully met. Th only excpetion being the correction of the syllabus. Indeed a knowledge of the laws, the directives, the subjects is necessary in order to renew, change or correct the syllabus. So only a part of that point has been fulfilled.
