Client Profile:
JW Rugs (TTC) is a handmade rug manufacturing company in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Tasks:
Assist with quality control management and creating of the company mission, vision and values, so that everyone in the company works in one flow and in sync.
Results:
The organisational advice to JW Rugs (TTC) turned out to be much more time-consuming than anticipated and consumed the whole time-slot of 4 weeks. Advice was given in several reports to enhance the workflow of all departments (dyeing/weaving/finishing). Management will implement the new manner of working and improvements during coming months.
