Client Profile:
The client started the enterprise at the end of 2023 and has a well equipped and clean bakery. The site of the bakery is not very good, and there is almost no client freqency. She does a lot of deliveries of cakes and baking goods like danish, puff pastry and bread, and has 2 employes who are motivated and very well trained.

Results:
The results of the cookie, cake and puff pastry were excellent. However, I was not very happy with the turnout of the yeast products. I believe the flour was not of the best quality and the oven temperature is not accurate, which prevents the products from rising properly. During my time there, the products improved significantly but still have room for growth. They will continue to try and improve, as the recipes are very good and customers liked them. The cakes and cookies have a strong sales potential and were often sold out during the trial phase of the assignment. Deepa is very smart and gives samples to clients and even attends food festivals to promote the products.
