The client is a small hotel group in Kathmandu, on the border to the Chitwan National Parc.
The hotel faces strong competition (international chain hotels) and needs to renew its hotel infrastructure. The brand ‘Annapurna Hotels’ is well known in Nepal.

- Auditing rooms and public areas in the lodge
- Support of management in establishing better working procedures
- Short assessment of hotel school (NATHM) with report
