Client Profile:
The client is a school which teaches students. They have a canteen for the students, with a variety of food choices.
Tasks:
- Quality improvement of products in bakery and confectionary
- Provide solutions for bakery products
- Improving products of both sorts: oven-baked and confectionary
Results:
It didn’t go as planned, not all goals were achieved. Recipes for cookies as well as sweet pastries were discussed, but not recipes for all the pastries that were planned. Due to a lack of electricity, communication suffered, and cooperation could have been better.
