Sujal Co.LTD has a Food Processing business in Pokhara since 2006. The field on Milk and Cheese processing is one of the main part of its activities. The company is a successful company in Pokhara with a vision to fulfill international standarts and focus on improving the quality of products and fulfill ISO Certificate.
Tasks:
The expert has been working on the following tasks:
- Quality of products and Revival of the products such as Cheddar, Gouda, Mozarella, smoked Cheese, spread cheese and Cream cheese.
- Training staff on the job and obtain more practical skills.
- Training the Sujal internal Quality auditors.
Results:
Staff was trained specially on the hygenic aspects.
The new staff was also trained in the production. They learned to follow the recipies step by step.
The “new” products will be analized by the food authorities applying for the certificate.
It is recommended to the marketing departement to include this products into the planned survey.
Cost analysis and pricing must be done by the respective departments.
A follow-up assignment is suggested and wanted.
