Client Profile:
The college is located in a rural area of the Dang district in Nepal. Its activity is focused in hospitality education. Presently the institute enrolled 65 students and delivers courses at the Diploma level accredited by the Nepalese LCCI. LCCI Nepal’s Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management Qualification has been Credit rated at Level 7 of Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework (SCQF) which is comparable to Level 5 of European Qualifications Framework and Level 4 of Qualifications and Credit Framework of England.
Tasks:
- Train students and instructors of MWICHM.
- Develop hard and soft skills in the F&B and RDiv areas.
- Assess the overall situation and present recommendations for future MWICHM development.
Results:
The expert provived relevant food and beverage documents in the service, kitchen, housekeeping and front office areas. There was a continous progress in terms of techniques, guest communication, teamwork and overall restaurant management.
