Client Profile:
In 2017 three young Albanian entrepreneurs bought the decaying hunting lodge “Hoteli Giuetisë” in Lezhe, situated on the North-West Coast, built by the fascist Italian foreign Minister Count Ciano during the italian occupation of Albania in WW2, and later also used by the Enver Hozha regime. Their goal is to give the once very prestigeous structure a new life with a major programme of restructuring and modernization, respecting its historic and cultural heritage while guaranteeing its economic sustanability.
Tasks:
a) develop a business model and strategy for the next 5 years;
b) establish a plan for urgent short-term mesures in the fields of human resources, team work, workflows, quality control, reliability
Results:
Both tasks have been fulfilled, two reports (short term measures and business model) written and presented to the clients, who have accepted the expert’s work and given positive feedback. A follow-up on location in the spring of 2019 has been requested by the client to verify the implementation of the short term measures.
