The company is specialized in baking (black) bread, based on buckwheat. The family-owned small factory wants to grow (and must grow) in order to reach profitability. The bread factory looks for advice on how to reach a reasonable distribution in Kosovo.
In a first assignment a baker (SEC expert) transferred know-how in manufacturing process during two weeks in 2017.
