They provide problem-solving solutions for small and medium enterprises in developing countries and in Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n<div>The SEC was founded in 1979 and is a program of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swisscontact.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Swisscontact<\/a>. Swisscontact is the business-oriented independent foundation for international development cooperation.
