The client is a family business employing around 40 employees specialised in the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems and home automation solutions for private homes, offices, industrial sites, shops.
Tasks:
– Devise a new organisation and a clearer tasks allocation – Improve staff motivation, efficiency and productivity – Improve follow up and control
Results:
– A new organisation chart has been proposed and validated by the Management – A new allocation of duties and responsibilities has been proposed, aiming at encouraging the empowerment and the development of people while giving the possibility to the managers to focus on their main objectives and their follow up and control duties. The proposal has been accepted by the Management – Remuneration packages have been revised and accepted by the Management – Tools have been given to better monitor the performance in certain areas.
