The client has a crafts park in Kayanza with the following shops:
- Joinery
- Car repair
- Locksmithery, welding shop, blacksmith’s shop
- Tailoring
All shops are in operation.
Tasks:
- Further training in welding technology for the participants
- Improving the performance of the participants
Results:
Training has been completed and the performance of the participants was clearly improved.
For the welding of thin parts a test was created and performed successfully.
