Client Profile:
The company is a start-up company and was founded in 2011. The goal is to reduce the burning or uncontrolled disposal of solid waste. Instead the waste is collected, sorted according to material and transferred to the recycling cycle.

The following task was assigned to the expert:
- Improve efficiency at the sorting station
- Document the processes
- Improve data collection and analysis
Results:
The first two weeks were used for detailed analysis of the current state. Subsequently, the first necessary tools were procured and installed. If all proposed improvements are implemented, a considerable reduction in the throughput times working hours is expected.
In addition, the work safety and condition of the trucks were checked and suggestions were submitted.
The company was given a detailed analysis report with the necessary improvements.
