The client is a small startup company specializing in trading agro-inputs and coffee. Currently 5 stores are operated.
In the future, it is planned to supply wholesalers, especially in the urban area, export raw and processed coffee, and expand the range with organic products.
The company expects strong growth in the coming years.
The main objective was to evaluate and introduce an enterprise resource planning system to secure future business development. The work steps necessary for this were the requirements description, the search for suitable providers, the creation of the specifications and the drafting of the contract.
The objective was achieved in full. The system went live at the beginning of June 2021!
