Client Profile:
The client is a IT service delivery and consultancy company providing full-cycle services in the areas of software development, web-based enterprise solutions, web application and portal development. The company has a solid customer base and now wants to grow and expand its business considerably.
Tasks:
The expert did the following tasks
- Analyse the as-is situation
- develop a strategy to growth the business within the next 3 years
- develop an action list to implement the strategy successfully
Results:
In the first week of the assignment the As-Is-Situation (including SWOT analysis etc) was analysed and recorded in a detailed report. In a second step the strategy and action list to implement it was developed and then discussed with the management team. The CEO of Kain Group Ltd is very motivated to implement the strategy along the proposed action list.
According to the latest info (end of 2016) the first steps have been implemented successfully and according the plan.
