Client Profile:
The company is active in construction and project development. The company is family owned. It has an in-company team of 20 architects and engineers. The projects are mainly in shopping malls, offices and public buildings.
Tasks:
The client wants to develop a resort for tourists from Western countries. They own a land along a river in the Kosh Kong province. This land is available for the development of such a resort. The expert was asked to assist the client in the feasibility study and the initial design.
Results:
Together with the in-company design team a basic lay-out was drafted and a first cost estimate was made. Opportunities and threats were identified. Special attention was given to the clients wish to be recognised as an Eco-resort.
