Client Profile:
Main activities of the company are grape farming and wine production. And most important products and services are grapes, wine and food.
The company employes 33 people. It’s the 5th assignment for this client.
Tasks:
The expert has given the following tasks :
- Tasting and developing wine
- Analyze and comment on wine analyzis
- Explanation of wine treatment
- Study of vines and assessment of growth
- Pruning the vines
- Tying/binding the vines
- Teaching theory on vine protection
Results:
- All wines analyzed and tasted, corrected if necessary. Showing how to rejuvenate vines, pruned and tied.
- Til now, 35 new jobs have been created.
- In April the vines begin to bloom in Nepal. This is a very important time to regulate the quantity. This is necessary to produce better quality.
