Chandi Steel & Iron Company is a family owend business in the field of office and private metal funiture equipment.
In addition to the sales activities of different imported brands, they have also their own brand, which is designed and produced at their own factory.
Tasks:
- Optimisation of production process (process flow, efficiency,quality, healthy and safety)
- Lay out planning and placement of new equipment
- Improvement in production planning and storage management
- Review domestic market & competitor brands, to identify modifications of own products and identify gaps in the market product portfolio
- Revision of tools and machines (spot welding, hydraulic press, ball press incl. punching tools)
Results:
An analysis and overview of needed changes and improvement were defined and agreed with the team in the first few days.
Change of process flow and revision of the equipment could be finalised within the defined time frame. Process and product quality could be improved and everbody was satisfied with the success.
