Client Profile:
The clients are owners of three different schools with various class sections from 1st grade to 10+2 grade. The three schools have constantly grown during the last years.
Tasks:
- Teachers trainings on a variety of teaching methods
- Class observation with feed-back
- Introducing ‘Individual project work for elderly students
- Analysis of the three institutions (organization, administration, infrastructure, employment, etc.)
