The catering company for a school with four mealtimes a day for about 1000 students. The company is very young and the business started as a transport company for the farmers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they started an online shop to help farmers find their customers. Now they have started to provide snack boxes for events.
The company is getting three new clients in schools and in the hospital, where they will serve 2000 meals four times a day. The tasks were for me to help the organisation build a new magazine, to help the management to organise the new clients. During my work they asked information about how to build a swimming pool and a lounge area for the municipal hospital.
During my stay, after my drawing of the magazine they started building. My suggestions for organisation of the kitchen, bakery and the lounge have been accepted and will be followed up. For the new style of cooking it does need some time to buy the machines. My suggestion to put a logo on the snack boxes was followed up after one week.
