Client Profile:
The client is a foundation and runs a hospital. They provide accessible health care services for women and children. The hospital offers emergency care, a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, dental, inpatient and outpatient services, as well as a birthing center, family planning and gynecological operation theater services.
Tasks:
Nursing Training at the Siddhi Memorial Hospital.
Training, quality assurance and introduction of new technologies in health care services.
Improvement of nursing and patient care and the services department.
Results:
The observations in the postnatal divisions have been improved and are now being documented.
In the ICU many suggestions have been implemented.
