The retired professionals of our SEC are qualified experts at site. They provide problem-solving solutions for small and medium enterprises in developing countries and in Eastern Europe.

The SEC was founded in 1979 and is a program of Swisscontact. Since 1993, the program has been supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

Swisscontact is the business-oriented independent foundation for international development cooperation. Represented in 40 countries with over 1000 employees, Swisscontact promotes since 1959 economic, social and environmental development.
