Client Profile:
The client is the Balkumari College. Main activity: To provide Academic Service with focus on technical background to serve the country. The college was established in 1986 and has currently 2’000 students.
Tasks:
To accomodate some extra 640 students on a plot of land nearby, the SEC Expert, based on the given informations of the client, designed a Masterplan for the New Balkumari College including classrooms, laboratories, administration, canteen and dormitories for 320 students
Results:
A complete set of drawings of zoning of land, site plans, floor plans and elevations (scale 1:1000, 1:200 and 1:100) inclusive a model scale 1:1000 was developed with the client.
Recommendations for the next step have been discussed with the client and written down.
