The client started his business five years ago with a small bakery. It took a lot of time to find good information and employees to bake nice products, because the owner had no bakery background.
Checked the way of working and taught them new working methods, gave recipes for the excisting products and recipes for new products like brown bread, hamburger rolls, baquette, cookies, cheesecake, puff-pastry, sponge doug, eclair and merinque cookies.
The owner joined me every day.
Result of the project was good. The client agreed with the suggested way of working and with all the new products.
The client has one outlet for selling the products. In the near future, they plan to have a shop at the bakery. If they would have a bigger production, it might be more difficult to organise everything in a good way. That’s why it will be good to conduct a follow-up assignment to give further advice.
