Client Profile:
The client is a bakery catering mainly to a local clientele. It has a nice small terrace where a large selection of coffee is served. Small snacks and the traditional momo are also available.
Tasks:
Teaching them new products, mainly savory items, but also cookies, pastries and chocolate.
Results:
They are planning a new outlet wich is supposed to open by the end of the year. Most of the products we made will be on sales in this new shop.
