Vegetable farmer, economically and socially well situated, well connected in the community.
Client was first a building contractor, until the the general economic situation got considerably worse a few years ago.
Tasks:
To set up a business plan together with the client in order to further invest in a greenhouse project of 2 ha. Initial investments in planning and planting foundation pillars had already been made.
Results:
The business plan is on track, but it could only be completed to 70%.
