The client is a privately owned hotel-restaurant and has requested assistance of a SEC expert so it can become more professional by introducing new marketing, front-office and human resources procedures. Also advice has been requested regarding refurbishments.
The expert has established a concept marketing plan including the use of social media. Also different human resources and fire- and security directives have been establised. Furthermore advice has been given for a refurbishment of the hotel and the use of new administrative software.
Within a month the hotel has built a new front-office desk closer to the main entrance. Soon new administrative software will be introduced.
The expert has given the tools on how to hire and retain staff and has given a fire safety and evacuation training to the staff. The expert is still in contact with the hotel regarding the follow-up on different issues.
