The young company mainly processes fresh salad. Daily they buy fresh salad from the farmers around Skopje and treat the salad before packing in special bags. They are directly sold to the big dealers in the region. This market is new in Macedonia and still has to be developed.
The production and planning process had to be improved. There is a need to get constant quality of the products with emphasize on longer shelf life in the storex. The distribution is currently a challenge since it is done with a regular vehicle. New procucts are in the pipeline and will be tested.
The quality standard for fresh cut salads was defined. The new antifog foil for the bags was determined. For distribution a used van with cooling system was found. Three different new procucts were suggested.
Drawing up of a detailed business plan was recommended.
