Client Profile:
The client is a small sized, privately owned trading company. Founded in 2012, the company now employs 30 employees. All four founders are employed in the company. Initially a pure hardware reseller, the company tries to position itself as an IT and security solution provider. Key customer segments: government agencies, construction companies, mining and oil companies, telecom, financial institutions and trade.
Tasks:
Provide management consultancy with focus on key management processes: planning, project management, people and performance management and sales. Help the management team to develop a new business model and explore new business opportunities.
Results:
Since the first consultancy in May 2017, a number of recommendations have been successfully implemented – however, management processes need further improvement.
1:1 coaching sessions conducted with the CEO and 3 members of the top management team. Workshops and training sessions with the expanded management team. Attendance, feedback and recommendations during the operational management meetings.
