The client is a man, who newly enters the hospitality business, his original profession was school teacher. The bar is placed in the center of Pokhara in a new building/area. The bar is the first bubble tea bar in Nepal. The business is a complete start-up and so there was /is a lot of set-up work done and to be done.
The expert has given the following tasks: Proposals for the marketing for the bar, advices and training staff, advices in kitchen standards
– kitchen items bought, kitchen furnished and fully functioning – recipes creation and evaluation – menu card created – Advised the staff in service and pushed staff to be true hosts for a better client experience – gave promotion and marketing ideas – gave ideas to present the bar better and give it a personal touch – instruction given to set-up the patio/terrace
