Products: vocational and life skill training, child right advocacy, placement of graduates in self or wage employment, hostel.
Target groups: vulnerable young people from marginalized and deprived communities
Tasks:
Improvement of quality in the organization UCEP, concerning
a) cooperation and b) achievement of tasks) in 3 selected business areas:
1. Overall Management UCEP: 6 persons
2. STTS Sanothimi Technical School
2.1. Management: 4 persons / 2.2. Teachers: 12 persons
Results:
Implementation of 2 workshops for each of the 3 business areas:
– Self-Assessment-Workshop: Assessment of core competencies, development needs, measures for implementation
– Evaluation-Workshop: Working out a concrete implementation plan, concerning a) cooperation and b) achievement of tasks
