Client Profile:
The clients are two brothers, who originally don’t derive from the restaurant business. The restaurant is located in a beautiful region with a marvelous view over Peja.
Tasks:
- Proposals for the marketing on the adventure park, the restaurant and the region
- Advising and training staff
- Advising on how to manage a restaurant
- Advising on service, kitchen and hygienic standards
Results:
- Advised the stuff in wine service and service itself and pushed the managers and the staff to be true hosts for a better client experience
- Made working plans for the next season with more staff
- Discussion with the managers about the opening times of the restaurant for next season
- Specific goals to extend the season
- Discussion with with the manager about the salary and the working times for the staff
